Peak Season 15 Dec- 10 Jan - R4 000 per night
High Season 11 Jan- 30 Apr - R3 000 per night
Mid Season 1 May- 14 Dec - R2 200 per night
Rates for stays 2 weeks or longer will attract a negotiated discount
Up to 4 guests can be accommodated
Minimum of 7 night's stay
Cleaning fee of R350 charged per stay
R1 000 refundable deposit required to cover any damages or breakages
Daily cleaning service available at an additional R300 per half day
Washing and ironing service available at R150 per 7kg load
Rates include VAT
10% deposit required on booking
Full payment is required 30 days prior arrival
Payment by EFT into bank account
